Dosage and Administration
Adults: 2 tablets 2-3 times daily. For sleeping difficulties take 2 tablets 1/2 to 1 hour before bedtime, with an earlier dose during the evening if necessary.

Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) extract 140 mg
derived from min. root & rhizome dry 700 mg
standardised to contain valerenic acids
calculated as hydroxy / acetoxyvalerenic acid & valerenic acid 1.12 mg
Warnings, Cautions and Contraindications -
- Valerian may very rarely cause overstimulation in some individuals.
- Discontinue 7 days prior to general anaesthesia.
If patient symptoms persist, seek additional professional advice.
Allergen Information -
No Added: Gluten, soya bean, milk, lactose, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustacea, egg, sesame seeds, artificial flavours or colours.
Excipients -
Calcium hydrogen phosphate dih ydrate, colloidal anhydrous silica, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, microcystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, sodium starch glycollate.
