Directions & Serving Suggestions

Capsules:

2 capsules, 1-3 times a day, or as recommended by your health professional.
Capsules may be opened and sprinkled into hot/cold drinks, smoothies, juices, soups or food if preferred.

Powder:

Take up to 1 heaped 5ml tsp daily, (suggested intake 1-3g per day) or as recommended by your health professional. Add to hot or cold beverages or sprinkle into food for easy consumption.

1 heaped teaspoon = approx 3g.

Partially water-soluble, due to the presence of both water-extracted beta-glucans and naturally retained dietary fibres.
