Dosage and Administration

Adults: 12 grams of powder (2 level scoops) mixed in 250 mL of water or juice, twice daily. Stir well and drink immediately.

Each 12 g dose contains:

Withania somnifera (Withania) extract 150 mg

derived from min. root dry 1.5 g

standardised to withanolides 3.75 mg

Magnesium citrate 1.85 g

equiv. Magnesium 300 mg

Dibasic potassium phosphate 222.7 g

equiv. Potassium 100 mg

Glycine 1.5 g

Glutamine 1.5 g

Taurine 1.5 g

Ascorbic acid (Vit. C) 250 mg

Calcium pantothenate 50 mg

equiv. Pantothenic acid (Vit. B5) 45.8 mg

Pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate 78.4 mg

equiv. Pyridoxine (Vit. B6) 50 mg

Zinc citrate 46.7 mg

equiv. Zinc 14.6 mg

Warnings, Cautions and Contraindications -

  • Contains vitamin B6 - stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible.
  • Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period.
  • Contains sugars.
  • Contains 100 mg of potassium per dose.
  • Monitor patients taking thyroxine. If taking tetracycline, quinolone or fluroquinolone antibiotics, or bisphosphonates (osteoporosis drugs), separate by at least two hours.
  • Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
  • Discontinue 7 days prior to general anaesthesia.
