DOSAGE AND DIRECTIONS
ADULTS: Take 4 grams of powder (1 level 5 mL metric teaspoon) mixed in 50-100 mL of water of juice, 1 to 2 times daily, preferably with a meal. Or as directed by your healthcare professional. Always use a dry spoon.
