Ganoderma sichuanense, traditionally referred to as Ganderma lucidum

NEW & IMPROVED FORMULATION

Reishi has been valued in Traditional Chinese Medicine for thousands of years as a “superior herb”. Also known in China as Lingzhi and traditionally celebrated as the “Mushroom of Immortality,” it is one of the most revered mushrooms in the world. Its history stretches back thousands of years, with the first written record appearing in the Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing (Divine Farmer’s Materia Medica), one of the earliest Chinese pharmacopeias. Once rare and reserved for emperors and scholars, Reishi is now carefully cultivated and full-spectrum extracted to provide a broad range of naturally occurring compounds.

MycoNutri™ Reishi is a dual-extract product, carefully produced to preserve both water-soluble polysaccharides (beta-glucans) and alcohol-soluble triterpenes, including ganoderic acids, the characteristic triterpenes unique to reishi, maintaining the mushroom’s natural spectrum of active compounds.

To ensure effective levels of both polysaccharides and triterpenes, MycoNutri™ Reishi is produced from organically cultivated fruiting bodies grown on hardwood logs in LongQuan, Zhejiang, China, under pesticide-free conditions, ensuring high quality and traceability. Using dual hot-water / alcohol extraction followed by vacuum concentration and spray-drying.

The resulting extract contains more than 30% total beta-glucans (all of which are soluble) and over 4% total triterpenes.
