Directions & Serving Suggestions

Capsules:

2-3 capsules, 1-4 times a day, or as recommended by your health professional.
Capsules may be opened and sprinkled into hot/cold drinks, smoothies, juices, soups or food if preferred.

Powder:

Take up to 2½ level 5 ml tsp daily (suggested intake between 800mg - 4.8g per day), or as recommended by your health professional. Add to hot or cold beverages or sprinkle into food for easy consumption.

2½ level teaspoon = approx 4.8g.

Fully water-soluble. Savoury tasting powder that works well as a drink.
