Camellia sinensis (Green Tea) extract 160 mg

derived from min. leaf dry 4 g

standardised to contain polyphenols calc. as gallic acid 80 mg

Choline bitartrate 300 mg

Levomefolate calcium 433 µg

equiv. Levomefolic acid 400 µg

Mecobalamin (Co-methylcobalamin) (Methyl Vit. B12) 1 mg

Riboflavin sodium phosphate 10 mg

equiv. Riboflavin (Vit. B2) 7.3 mg

Pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate 62.7 mg

equiv. Pyridoxine (Vit. B6) 40 mg

Warnings, Cautions and Contraindications -

• Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as as possible. (Contains vitamin B6).
• Adults only. Contains 12 mg of caffeine per tablet. A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80 mg of caffeine.
• Caffeine intake more than 200 mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
• In anaemia and cases where iron supplementation is required, do not take simultaneously with meals or iron supplements.
• Contraindicated in patients taking isoniazid.
• Caution in patients taking digoxin, tacrolimus, nadolol, citalopram, raloxifene and statin drugs.
• Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
• Discontinue 7 days prior to general anaesthesia.
