Indications

• Cinnamon bark is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to:

promote healthy digestion and maintain general health and wellbeing
relieve symptoms of indigestion and dyspepsia including abdominal bloating

• Provides a source of antioxidants.

• Contains 20 mg of 4-hydroxyisoleucine from Fenugreek per tablet.

• Contains high quality Cinnamomum verum, stringently tested by MediHerb to be low in coumarin and with a distinctive procyanidin profile and levels for optimal quality and efficacy.

Dosage and Administration

Adults: 1 tablet 3 times daily.

Ingredients -

Trigonella foenum-graecum (Fenugreek) extract 100 mg

derived from min. seed dry 10 g

Standardised to contain 4-hydroxyisoleucine (4HIL) 20 mg

Momordica charantia (Bitter Melon) extract 92.3 mg

derived from fruit dry 600 mg

Cinnamomum verum (Cinnamon) extract 83.3 mg

derived from stem bark dry 1 g

Nigella sativa (Black Cumin) extract 100 mg

derived from seed dry 500 mg

Warnings, Cautions and Contraindications -

Do not use if pregnant or likely to become pregnant.
Contraindicated for those with allergy to Fenugreek, Cinnamon or Peruvian balsam.
Caution during lactation at high doses.
Best avoided in couples wanting to conceive.
Monitor patients with low thyroid function.
Discontinue 7 days prior to general anaesthesia. I
