| An Evening with Bob Flaws - "Using Chinese Medicine with Patients on Western Medicine" | Over the last 20 years, Bob Flaws has established himself as one of the premier practitioners of Chinese medicine in the world today. Based in the US, Bob is only in the UK for a limited period during 2004. In Western societies, many of our patients come to us taking one, two, or more Western medications. With such patients, it can be a challenge to know exactly how and whether to introduce Chinese herbal medicine. In this evening lecture, Bob Flaws outlines the main principles for prescribing Chinese medicinals to these patients.
